This is for general office purpose/gaming - region is belgium. If there is anything price-quality that could be improved then please do mention it. I would prefer not to go too far above this price point though (and preferably drop the price a bit).

The tomahawk max is a fine board, but at that price, it's approaching x570 b550 territory. You can save a little bit by switching to a msi gaming plus x470 or b450, they have the same vrm's as the tomahawk, just smaller heatsinks, good enough for a 3600/3700x. With the 3600, you could go down to even a b450-a-pro max without issue.
The ram is fine, but for just a little more, you can get a 3600Mhz cl18 kit or even a faster cl16 for a bit more, the 3600 cl18 is a little faster then the 3200 cl16.

The monitor you've chosen is a TN panel, which means colors are awful and viewing angles are poor, I'd suggest a VA or IPS panel instead.

Everything else is fine.
