HI I was wondering if the Antec Neo Eco 400C is a good PSU to power my system

System Info
Dual Core sandybridge pentium G640 (planing on upgrading to an i3 3220 in the future)
XFX R7 250
4GB DDR3 RAM
Seagate Baracuda 7200 Rpm 500GB
Fujitsu Motherboard
Generic DVD/RW Drive (probably Liteon)
2 case fans (80 mm and 40 mm) (Planning to upgrade to 4 80mm fans in the future)
3 usb Peripherals
1 usb 3.0 card

Do you guys have any better PSU recommendations

I could get the Antec for about £30 (about $46 usd)

SR-71's recommended PSU is top-quality and is the best you're going to get at that price range. If you want to bump the size up and get a fully modular unit, there's a considerable price jump:

The antec is also made by seasonic. It is bassed on the S12II Bronze platform. I can't spend more than £35
