Question Is this a good Region Free Blu Ray player?

So that is my budget, if anyone knows a better one around this price feel free to post some links. In the meantime, is this one good? I know very , very little about region free players.

funny you should mention that. My ps3 is my BD player. I want to upgrade to a new one so figured why not go with Region free. After all the ps3 is like 15 years old (the FAT version). No real desire to mod something that old.
