Hey! I just recently look at PC parts and I was wondering if this is a good build
CPU - FX8350
MOBO - Asus M5A99X
RAM - 16GB Hyper Fury 1866MHz
GPU - ASUS GTX 970 STRIX
SSD - 120GB KINGSTON
HDD - 1TB SEAGATE BARRUCUDA
Cooling - 212 EVO
PSU - XFX XXX EDITION 750W
Case - Coolermaster Storm Enforcer
I was comparing prices with PC Specialist (I wouldn't consider buying from there) and it said with all these parts, it would only use 460w of power? is that true? Do I really need a 750w PSU? I'm confused.
Thanks!

Its more video editing, with the odd game or two, I'd say about 70/30

Yes u are right.for gaming i5 is much better

Someone said I should go for this - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00J01K3E8/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE
What do you think? Should I bother? Also considering this is my first build, will all the cables come with the computer? Or do you have to buy the pin things separately? Thanks

a 750w?

Yeah. 750w could also help you with potential upgrades in the future. I have nearly everything on this list in my PC. (Haven't updated my rig yet)

Edit: The wattage would be MUCH bigger than what it says. I am using a 550w on my 2nd computer (kind of an old PC , with a quad core from 08' , GTX 650 Ti SC)
