Hello! I'm building my first PC for gaming. I would like to ask if the following is a good set up to play games in high quality, not necessarily maxed out. Also, is there something I'm missing or something that can make it better. I can afford to spend ~$200 more. I'm new to this forum so forgive me if I've broken a rule or posted this in the wrong section.

I'd drop the 1 660 and get an i5 instead. Then lower the PSU because of that too.

Or, instead of 2 GPUs, go for a higher end single GPU! Such as the 7970 or GTX 770 or GTX 670 etc.

definitely check out a 7950 or a 7970, or a 670 or 680 instead of two 660s in SLI check out the new FM2 chips from AMD also, and now is a bad time really to choose a CPU, the new intel CPUs are coming out on sunday and AMD are also about to relase the new ones for sale..

Thanks for the input, both of you. I have another question, how much do you think it would hinder me to not wait for the new CPU's? Will it make too much of a difference, or is it just a "just get it because it's new" type of thing? Also, should I get more fans?

Oh, no when the new ones come out the old ones are expected to drop in price, and to be honest even if you ordered today you wont get it until tuesday at the earliest really.. so its worth waiting. Theres some really good high end fans from noctua, http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=produkte&lng=en#fans theyre super quiet, high quality, also heres some corsair really good quality fans http://www.corsair.com/us/cpu-cooling-kits/air-series-fans.html my rig is all corsair products, so i used these but id highly recommend noctua. Im not going to say anything about your case, since its a very personal decision, i dont really like recommending cases, i dont like your cases but i bet you love them! also have you thought about overclocking?

I see. Well thanks for the insight! I have thought about overclocking, but I don't think I'll do it immediately since I really don't have a need to.
