MSI H77MA-G43

And the is the power sufficient or is it a must? because i already went £20 over budget with the motherboard

I tend to recommend ASRock motherboards and Seasonic PSUs, but your build looks pretty solid. What about this MB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157329. It has more features. Corsair does sell good power supplies (and Seasonic manufaturers them), but I would get this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151093. Its a great power supply and modular too.

The evo is already cheap, its only around £20 but thanks anyway

Yeah, drop the cooler if money is tight,it's a luxury.
Motherboard is fine. You can get one with more features though, but I think you're operating on price.
You can easily run an XFX 450W. Recommended wattage accounts for shoddy power supplies, so it's much higher than necessary.

Sorry for the late rep... but on the gpu's description it says that 500w is needed for the system. If u go on the link it will sho you.
