Looks good to me, just make sure you have a good case too.
Although the Gigabyte Gaming 970 G1 might be better for GPU OC

Comes with a backplate and 'maybe' a better cooling solution than the EVGA. But the EVGA is not a bad card by any means.

That'll be a fine build. The EVGA GPU comes already decently overclocked so you might be able to squeeze a little more out of it. What about case, hdd, etc?
