Solution
Well...The 760k is a FM2 socket processor and the M5A97 EVO R2.0 is an AM3+ socket motherboard. It won't work together. I would recommend the FX-6300: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-fd6300wmhkbox
Which is just a bit more than the 760k but it's much stronger in games.

For the GPU, you can get a much stronger gpu for the same price: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-n7602gd5oc

For the psu, the XFX unit is much better quality for only a bit more, and you also get an extra 50w: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9

This Bitfenix Shinobi case will have better airflow and overall better quality: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/bitfenix-case-shinobi
Aerocool's cases are low quality and they...
if i'm not mistaken, the athlon 760K is an FM2 socket. you're going to need to get an FM2 board for it to work, not an AM3/AM3+ board.

in case that's not a 2 module kit, you're better off getting 2x4G DDR3-1600 instead of 1x8GB.

aside from those, it's a decent PC.

Aerocool's cases are low quality and they overall build isn't that great. It also probably uses weak fans and the four fans won't provide that great airflow.
