[SOLVED] Is this a good surge protector for my build?

Hi everyone, I'll be upgrading my pc on Friday and I was wondering a few things:

Build:
Ryzen 3 3200g
Crucial 8GB 2666mhz X2
Rx6600
Corsair CX650F 80+ bronze
Monitors: 1

Would this be a nice surge protector?

Does it need to have the exact power capacity as the PSU? Or is it ok to pick something with higher power than 700w?

It is ok to pick a higher wattage. Whether that is a good one or not, I wouldn't be able to say. That isn't a brand I am familiar with. For line conditioners, such as that, I am only familiar with more expensive tripp lite's, as I use them at work.

Anything Tripp Lite is good in my experience.

Unless you're running a beast of a machine, the trip limit usually isn't a concern. However, you should look for the joules rating and find something that has at least a 1500J rating
