Is this a good trade

me and my work friend are trading graphics cards for a week, he insisted that our graphics card would work better in eachother's systems due to the other parts we have. so we decided to swap for a week.

I lent him my XFX Radeon R9 290, for his GEFORCE GTX 770. if it all works out fine then we're trading them completely. the only thing is.......i don't know if its a good trade, any advice?

You essentially downgrading your graphic card.
You should be ok with your power supply but if you going to overclock the gpu then I would get a 550w or 650W power supply then.

No, 770 is around 280X performance so you'll be downgrading.

I would not trade if you current pc setup is running fine. If you getting something extra with the GTX 770 then it would be an equal trade.
Unless you want some of the nvidia features then you can trade. But take note that the R9 290 is around the GTX 780 /GTX 970. R9 290 is the stronger card.

Black flag only cost £15 right now through legit sellers and 3 months ago, I paid £6.21 for that game.
Not worth the trade imo.
