Is this a good tv?

I'm looking for a new tv, i saw this on the best buy black friday ad. its a great price at $149.99 saving me $280. i play xbox one, and watch netflix, youtube, twitch etc. i currently have an old 720 p 2008 phillips tv and it is dying loosing color, pixels etc.

For $150, that's a great TV. Probably a cpl years old, but for a basic TV, should be fine.

It's a door buster though, meaning it's bait to get you in the store. It doesn't say that every store will have them, but if they do, it will be 1 or 2 of them.

i called up my local best buy and they said if i get there early enough then i should have no trouble getting it.
I will be using it to play xbox one, minecraft, black ops 3, gta v, etc.
I can get that or should i get this 48" samsung smart tv?

You don't need a smart TV, all it does is give you netflix and youtube and crap and your xbox one can already do all that hooked up to it.

And ya, get there early. In Canada, our black Friday sales have gotten just as silly and the bait door crasher one is common. lol. More than likely though, it's old stock they want to ditch.

Has good reviews around though, I'd try and snag it for sure.
