Is this a graphics card?

Yes, that looks like a graphics card. Is it connected? Unknown. I don't see screws holding it into the case so it might not be fully seated.

IT is screwed but it doesn't work. My pc prefers the integrated graphics instead.

I would start by trying it in a different PC. Even if the other PC doesn't have the correct drivers loaded, it will use the default Microsoft drivers.

You could also check your BIOS settings to see if something is wrong. Maybe "Load Default" or "Load Optimized".

I can't do it in another pc because I don't have another pc lol.
It didn't work before and even now so..

Did you check your BIOS to verify that it was not somehow disabled?

Does it show up in Windows Device manager?

It's showing up in device manager but in the bios I have only these options : Auto , CPU, GPU .
I selected auto (because it says that the selects the GPU if it's detected.
