is this a great build for a low budget build?

PSU:600w
MoBo:Jetway M26GT4SVMD2
Memory:2gb ddr2 ram
CPU:amd sempron
GPU:Radeon hd 5450
SSD:320gb

That is best used as an internet browsing / email machine. You have no worthwhile upgrade path so it wouldn't be wise to spend money on it...

I dont think its a 320GB SSD. Chances are you have just a 320GB HD.

Try to buy a used AMD Athlon II X4 + 2gb ddr2.

This could be a good pc for Office and Web.
