Your builds on the right track, but there are quite a few things I would recommend against:

1). I would replace that G4400 CPU with an Intel i3 6100. You would have a lot less CPU bottlenecks with the i3 6100, and room for CPU upgrades in the future. If I'm not mistaken, that same motherboard would work with the i3 6100.

2). I would upgrade the PSU to an EVGA Super Nova GS 550W, linked here, for added reliability, safety, and performance.: (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00UVN20UO/ref=twister_B00NAQB7S0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1). 550W version would be fine.

3). Do NOT buy a GTX 950 for that price. A GTX 1060 will cost almost the exact same and run much, much, much better: (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500402&cm_re=gtx_1060-_-14-500-402-_-ProductO

With the mentioned above upgrades^, you would be able to play the vast, vast majority of games on 1080p settings, with most of them on "high/ultra" and well above 60+ fps. Some very new games will run at ~50 fps.

Here is a link to see what your FPS would be like with these changes: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zy75qI-m7ew)

Cheers mate, hope this helps.

Yep, this is a pretty efficient rig.
You should be able to run AAA titles, games like The Witcher 3, GTA V, Dying Light at decent settings, with decent framrates.
You might even Max out some games at 720p.
In the future you should consider upgrading to a better Intel Skylake processor.

And there will be no incompatibility :)

But!
You are HIGHLY overpaying for it.

I gave you a link to this build on a different website with the lowest pricing :D

Nice build, but anyway he has to upgrade to an i5 if he wants to run the 1060, since it's like a cheaper 980 and with absolutely no bottlenecks :)

That's true, but he would have quite a few less bottlenecks with the i3 6100 than with the G4400. It sounds like an i5 is out of his price range, which is understandable.

Good call on him overpaying, those parts are way to expensive on that site.

Totally agree on that!
G4400 is way to weak for a card like that.
And yeah, that price was fantastic

It's better, but for your graphics card, on eBay you can get a GTX 960 (way better than 750ti) for less than $100.

This one sold this morning: (http://www.ebay.com/itm/new-Inno3D-NVIDIA-Geforce-GTX-960-OC-Overclocked-Video-Card-SLI-HDMI-DP-X3-DVI-/152197884123?hash=item236fb368db:g:-agAAOSwRGlXqD~h)

You're definitely overpaying for the graphics card, but the builds improved.

Cheers mate, hope this helps.
