Question Is this a power supply issue or graphic card issue?

Continuation from the tread.

I ended up buying GIGABYTE Geforce RTX 4060 Eagle OC 8G Graphics Card from Amazon.

When I connect my GPU, nothing displays on screen and LED on my case flicker.
Once I disconnect the GPU things start to operate normally.

I'm thinking this is a PSU issue. I'm currently using Corsair VS450 450-Watt Power Supply.

However, on the box 450-Watt Power Supply is recommended.

I do have a spare Corsair HX1000i 1000W Full Modular Power Supply from my previous build. I can try using it if its an power supply issue.

PC Specifications
  1. Ryzen 3200G
  2. A320 SH Rev. 2 Motherboard
  3. Samsung 980 NVMe SSD
  4. 16 G.B. DDR4 RAM
  5. Corsair VS450 450-Watt Power Supply

VS450 was never a very good unit. You should replace it either way.

You should probably try a BIOS reset on the motherboard, and maybe force PCIe 3.0.

With no other system details, hard to provide advice.

this could be a dumb question but are you sure you have the GPU power plugged in from the PSU?

can you also try to disable the onboard graphics in the bios and boot up again with only the display cable running from the 4060?

i've had vs450s in my netcafe and not a single one of them ever broken down.
