Is this a RAM failure?

Freshly built PC, go to turn it on, and nothing displays.

I get the following sequence:

BEEEEP, BEEEEP, BEEEEP, (2.5 sec pause) BEEEEP, BEEEEP, BEEEEP (pattern continues)

I tried looking it up but just can't know if what some of what the articles say match up with the beeps I'm having. It's dumb, they should atleast have audio recordings of the beeps to make it easier to spot, but screw logic.

and if possible, how do I fix this problem myself?

Hm. Try taking the power chord out of the pc and all other wires out, hold the pc power button for 10 seconds, and then re attatch everything back in the pc.
