The CPU is a little underpowered for that GPU, and I wouldnt reccommend getting a H97 chipset motherboard if you're not going to use DDR4 RAM. Instead, go for a H87 motherboard and perhaps a high end I5 or I7 CPU.
The rest looks fine.

DDR4 with a h97 board do you even know anything about computers DDr4 ram is only compatable with x99 boards
