Solution
To save money, get an 8320 and r9 270 and overclock them, there the same cpu/gpu, i suggest a higher quality psu, antec seasonic or xfx or google a teird list. People and myself have had bad experiance with them despite the good reviews on vendor websites. Everything else is fine.
