This card would be fine for a non-gaming system, it's good if you're looking for video acceleration or adding extra monitors. Don't expect great gaming performance as this is a low-end card, although if you're restricted to low-profile it pretty much isn't possible to fit anything but a low-end card. 65W TDP so a 220W or higher PSU would be sufficient. Less if you're using a low-voltage CPU.

I actually have one of these in my computer at work, I use it to drive extra monitors.

Hello Karigaia. For your budget, yes this is a good GPU. Of course it has some downsides such as being a DDR3 memory GPU or low memory bandwidth. But it also has some positive things like core speed. For light gaming it will do just fine. If you are looking forward into a more serious and greater performance gaming, you'd want to spend a few more bucks.
 


No budget has been quoted.

It is marginally better than a 240. to make it worth while consider a 260/270.
