Question Is this a used motherboard, or am I being paranoid?

bought a 'new' asus rog strix z490-f but I have suspicions it may be used, b-stock, or something...

the box, nor the static bag was sealed, but I believe this is normal from what I've read, but I've noticed these through the static bag:

mounting holes have marks around them, slight mark on m.2 heatsink screw, and looking within the dimm slots there are some marks too which are also found in the gpu slots... all is pictured, thanks!
