IPS display always has more or less backlight bleeding. how much is acceptable depends on you. if it doesn't get in your way ie you don't notice it unless you turn the entire screen black, I'd say it's ok.
it usually doesn't get worse over time. so no need to worry unless it is visually affecting you too much.
