I am trying to make my first gaming PC and I know very little about computer insides, but I have a VERY low budget. I wanted to make sure I have everything I need, and if there is any way I can get parts cheaper that would be satisfactory for gaming.
Here are the parts I have found (minus tower, mouse, and keyboard)

Power Supply
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817152042

Motherboard (should I get new or can I get the refurbished)
http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B004PQBT8C/ref=dp_olp_refurbished?ie=UTF8&condition=refurbished&qid=1379221134&sr=1-1

Graphics Card

I think this is all I need to build it from scratch, but I'm not entirely sure. Any way to get parts cheaper? And do I need anything else AT ALL???
PS: Will this fit in a Mid-size tower of do I need a full sized tower? Do I need memory chips?

Solution
This is the best decent build I can make closest to your budget. Note that it does not include an OS.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD A6-5400K 3.6GHz Dual-Core Processor ($61.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: Asus F2A55-M LK PLUS Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard ($44.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Kingston Blu 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($54.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Toshiba Product Series😀T01ACA 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($39.99 @ NCIX US)
Case: Zalman ZM-T2 MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($24.99 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: Antec Basiq 350W ATX12V Power Supply ($28.99 @ Amazon)...
I would go with a little more expensive power supply like a seasonic or a corsair, you dont want to skimp on the power supply and have over voltage or under voltage of your system. as for refurbished motherboards i wouldnt even bother, not on motherboards its not worth getting a defective one or one that has had problems in the past hope this helps.
