Question Is this already an optimal fan configuration?

My case is the Macube 310p, ngl the front panel is pretty closed off.
This this fan config optimal because when i play games on pc, although the cpu remain relatively cool, around 58-62 degrees celcius, the gpu can reach up to 70 degrees celcius.
as i mentioned above, the front panel is pretty closed, with only airflow coming in from the sides (it isnt like the nzxt h510 or similar cases where the front panel fans technically have their own compartment .)
so i think most of my airflow actually comes from the front part of the top panel as that region of the case feels like 20-24 degrees to the touch while the rear corner of my case is probably closer to 60 degrees.
could i just move one of the front panel 140mms to intake air uptop in that unoccupied front top panel space?

How are the drives getting cooled, otherwise what is shown is fine unless you are running a powerful processor or overclocking
passively? i guess they are underneath the shroud below the cable management grommet where the gpu's pcie cable comes from. they run mostly idle as I have a m.2 mounted above the gpu, the nvme is 40c (cant see in picture).
Maybe the gpu is running 'hot' as on idle I have a fan stop curve which only starts the gpu at 54 c and the fans go to 30% at 60c, and 40% at 70c. so maybe my fan curve isnt adequete considering my airflow situation.

heres the ventilation for the front panel(its on both sides) and my new gpu fan curve
