Is this an acceptable budget build?

This pc I'm in the works of buying seems to be a good deal, but I'm looking for a second opinion specs below

Evga gtx 970 acx 2.0 120$ Used
I5 6600k 140$ Used
msi z170a pro mobo refurbished
Evga b1 600w psu 50$ new
Corsair vengeance lpx 8gb ddr4 ram 55$ new coolmaster 212 evo 30$ new 1tb hard drive free ( I have one)

All parts look good. Would say there is little difference for going for the pro mobo (my personal opinion would be going for the asus z170a as is quite cheap but if youre happy then no need) as refurbished may become a burden later on.

you're missing a CPU cooler.
don't get an EVGA B1. either go for a B2 / G2 / GS or take a look at Seasonic / XFX with 520-620W (Corsair CXM550 would be alright as well)
