Is this an adequate water cooler for my system?

I have an NZXT Phantom full sized case, Intel Core i7 4790K, and a Asus Maximus vii Hero Motherboard.

I read up a bit on this forum about cooling but I really didn't come away confident I understood what I was reading. I'm having serious cooling issues with my brand new processor (using Nano Diamond Thermal Compound). It idles at mid to high 40s and even at base clock speeds it averages high 70s, low 80s in gaming. Thanks in advance.

If your just cooling your CPU, its more then enough. You can also look into AIO premade liquid coolers, such as the corsair h100i.

My main concern is if it'll actually mount properly.

Case has all the right places to mount stuff. Are you planning on expanding that loop, or just using that kit as is?

That Raystorm is decent, but for the same price, I also recommend the Swiftech H220-X. The pump is based on the Laing DDC.
