Hi, ill give you the reasons you wont be able to play it. Your CPU isnt good enough. you would need to get either an Intel Core i5-750 or AMD Phenom II X4 965 as a minumum. Your graphics card is just not good enough. You will need a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or AMD Radeon HD 5850 for a minimum. Your RAM and hard drives is good, lots of storage and RAM. Your CPU and Graphics arent that bad, its just that Middle Earth: Shadow of mordor is a very demanding game. Hope i helped you understand the above answer! :)

Sorry, I was in a big hurry and could not write the reasons.
But, it was fortunately covered already.

I think, you should start planing about having a big overhaul.
At least, I ditched my Q6600+HD6850+6GB DDR2 1000 system last year.
My Q6600 rig was already running daily on 3GHz.
I tried Shadow of Mordor on it, after seeing the result I decided that it is time to upgrade.
My Q6600 has been loyal for 8 good long years but I simply needed a more powerful system.
