no it is not better mate

what about the video cards?

well the gt610 is better than the 5450 (marginally) but surely you could fork out 70-90 bucks for a 7750 plus the games you want to play are more cpu heavy

7750 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102969

you could probably find one for cheaper

what do you think about this set up?http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/

nvm about that because like you said i would just have to save like $90 for a new video card if i do get that one computure

ok man so is that you sorted did you get a solution?

Under $400 and it has a blu-ray player...knock yourself out man. The onboard graphics will be good for medium on something like Diablo3, and you can always save $70-80 to buy a HD 7750 and crossfire it with the APU (later on).

If you were going to spend $400 on it, the one thing I would do, is go to 8 GB DDR3 1866 RAM if I was going to spend anymore money on that build.

Go to TigerDirect and shop around in the barebones kits a bit. For somewhere between $300 and $600, you can get a complete system to get you up and running, sans OS.

From there, you can upgrade individual parts as needed and budget allows.

Personally, I would NOT be buying a "kit" off of eBay, especially with dubiously named/labeled parts,...
