Is this beginners setup good?

1 x Intel Core i3 6100 3.7GHz Dual Core CPU

1 x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 2GB Graphics Card

1 x Gigabyte Ultra-Durable H110M-S2H Motherboard

1 x 16GB 2133MHz DDR4 (2 x 8GB) Memory

1 x 1TB SATA3 6Gbps Hard Drive

And all the other stuff like wifi, case, cooling and all that, but could I run a game like minecraft or something at 60fps with these specs?

That's pretty good just make sure you can upgrade in the future and I don't know where you live but where I live I would get 8GB of ram instead of 16GB because the price of 16GB of ram where I live you could get a 1050 TI so I would put the money towards a better GPU like the 1050 TI it has 4GB of VRAM instead of 2GB so your PC will have a longer life span because...
