Is this BEST Configuration for 3D modelling and Rendering?

Hi,

Im looking for a Good Configuration for 3D Modelling and Rendering.

Software : 3DS MAX, Vray, Blender, Photosop, Illustrator.

Plz let me know weather is this the good configuration and is it suitable?

Changes and Rectification are welcome.

Configuration as follows :

I would consider having between 24 and 32GB RAM for those sorts of things.

What would you suggest if i want a configuration below this. This is costing me around 81000 INR ( 1225$) Can you suggest me something which is near 1100$ ?
