Is this Black Light bad enough for a return on an Asus PG279Q?

I don't know if I'm being too picky but for the price I'd like it to be damn near perfect...

I have another IPS monitor that has IPS glow and I can handle that but this is more intense and orange-yellow.
Thanks for any thoughts.

Yes, it's bad. Should better get a replacement.

after seeing that you definitely replace it , I had that type b4 bad only had it around the bottom right corner and so bad that it looked like it had 2 monitors had a 1/8 inch lines on either side and sometimes both sides , the 2k monitors are bad for back light bleeds , I used to use 2k monitors but went with 4 k monitors don't have the bleeds so much or a 1080 p it's all about your tastes in monitors
