[SOLVED] Is this budget PC enough for 1440p Gaming?

Hi.
I want to build a gaming PC to swap my actual rig. Unfortunately I cannot use any components from my actual rig because all of them are pretty old and out of use.
I was wandering if I can run 1440p+ gaming with this budget setup. I can't afford to go more than 850$+ because I also have to buy an 144Mhz monitor.

At 1440p 144Hz I would aim for a higher end gpu. The 580 is good for 1080p 60-144Hz but it’s not up to 1440p 144Hz unless you really sacrifice a lot of game settings which defeats the point of 1440p.
