A few quick things I'd note

The processor you selected has a locked multiplier, ergo you can't up the voltage of it to overclock it's frequency. That's fine, but you've selected to have a middle ground liquid cooling CPU cooler which would only be needed if you were overclocking, thus increasing the processor's temperature. You also don't need to get a Z97 motherboard if you're not getting an unlocked 4690K. Just a few areas you could save money. Either don't get a CPU cooler at all, as the stock intel cooler will be enough to sustain adequate temps without overclocking. Or just pick up a cheap Cooler Master 212 Plus.

Also I'd allocate some of that saved money into a better built power supply. That's just me though. The one you have selected, for all intents and foreseeable purposes is fine for what you have.

Change your RAM orientation from 1x8GB to 2x4GB

Almost doesn't matter. GSkill, Patriot, Corsair, Kingston, Crucial they are all good.

They all use chips made by Hynix or Samsung anyway

Yes because you chose a motherboard that can overclock and you added a CPU cooler. So that would go to waste if you do not choose to have a CPU that can overclock. And I didn't notice this first, but you might want to switch to 2x4 GB RAM to allow dual channeling. And that's pretty much it. Any RAM is good, either the Corsair, or G skills.

I changed my cpu to this one, how much does that changes things?,
