Is this build compatible and will it play 4K

Hello everyone, I'm new to the site and to building a PC as I've never done it before. I was wondering if this build would be good enough to run games such a GTA V, Project cars and BF4 in ultra or high settings in 4k. Also is everything compatible to work together? As well, I'm stuck between the 2 coolers I've listed and do i need to get additional fans? My budget is around £1500 for the PC

It will game at 4K, but don't expect 60fps. You'll need another 980 Ti for that.
