-RAM- Slightly cheaper, you won't notice the difference
-CPU Cooler- Go for the 212 EVO
-PSU- The Corsair RM series uses cheap chinese capacitors, gold rating=/= quality, it just would reduce your power bill a bit (like $10 a year), the Antec HCG is made with a Sesonic OEM, much better quality.
