Although it has pciex 2.0 it will also work with the gtx 960.
Ram will work as well.
I wouldnt put them on a PSU less than 500w, unless the 450w you have is a very good brand/quality PSU.

1.Give me an exact model for the second mother board.
2.Newer GPUs are pciex 3.0 but the standard is compatible with 2.0 and the performance hit is almost 0.
