is this build compatible?

I am trying to build a new budget gaming cpu and i want to know whether the below specs are compatible any suggestions are most welcome.
The specs are:
-Gigabyte ga-b75m-d3h (Motherboard)
-Intel i3 3220 (processor)
-seagate 1 tb (hdd)
-corsair 4gb (ram)
-zotac gtx 750ti 2gb(gpu)

yes, but if you plan on buying this stuff new, forget about it because this is ivy-bridge stuff, so look into haswell.

Yes, your specs are compatible but I will say if you are building it for gaming then atleast go for i5 if you have a little more budget, as games are demanding nowadays, otherwise it's pretty nice built for general use.
