Solution
1) The motherboard only has official RAM support up to DDR4 2133, so I'd personally recommend finding RAM at that speed.

2) The PSU, while compatible, isn't a particularly high-quality unit. If at all possible I would try and get a better model, but if you are at your budget limit it will suffice. If you can, take a look at this list and look for PSU's in tiers 1 or 2, if you can find a PSU in those categories you can afford it would be a sounder long-term investment.

3) Why are you getting a WD Purple Drive? Again, while compatible those are really intended for surveillance drives. I'd recommend looking at WD Blue or Black models.

Solution

Is this better
1) 16 GB, G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 series, F4-2133C15D-16GRR, DDR4 2133MHz, kit 2x8GB
2) 750W, COOLERMASTER V Series V750, ATX V2.31, 120mm vent, 80+ Gold, modularno
3) 1000.0 GB WESTERN DIGITAL Blue, WD10EZRZ, SATA3

1) Yes, those RAM modules are supported by the motherboard

2) Yes, that is a better PSU, but for a single graphics card you really don't need anything more than 650W. If you can find a similar PSU (or the exact same model) at 650W it could save you some money.

3) Yes, the 1TB WD Blue drive would be a very good choice for a secondary drive.

@badboyrog2: I typically try to recommend the supported speeds because it both ensures stability and also might have the upside of costing a bit less. Not a huge deal either way, but I believe there is sound logic behind the recommendation.
