I'd say no. Playing games, you should be able to do 1080p and 60 FPS without too many issues, but toss in recording and, depending on the game and settings, you'll likely drop below 60FPS.

both are more cheaper than my one. and i dont want XFX PSUs. for the antec one, it is not availbe on the CPL website.

Why don't you want XFX? That XFX PSU is made by Seasonic and Seasonic is one of the best in the business.

so lets say 2 more years. decreasing a graphic settings each year. as in max this year and next year,(2017) (not counting this year because ill buy the build probs early next year), one step below max (2018), another step below the previous, (2019, etc etc. is this a way of looking at the graphics card. or are my expectations to high? thanks
