I'd say no. Playing games, you should be able to do 1080p and 60 FPS without too many issues, but toss in recording and, depending on the game and settings, you'll likely drop below 60FPS.

so lets say 2 more years. decreasing a graphic settings each year. as in max this year and next year,(2017) (not counting this year because ill buy the build probs early next year), one step below max (2018), another step below the previous, (2019, etc etc. is this a way of looking at the graphics card. or are my expectations to high? thanks
