My Plan-

CPU- i3 3220(or Should I buy a GTX750Ti and buy a i5?is it necessary?)
GPU- R9 270X or GTX 960 (which one is better?)(MSI TWIN FROZR or DIRECT-CUII)
RAM- 8GB 1333Mhz
PSU- 550w CM or Corsair (which one is better?)
HDD-WD BLUE 1TB

Headset-Razer Kraken or Steelseries Siberia(which one is better???)
Mouse- Dragon war Q2 Combo
KB-Dragon War Q2 Combo (Or Should I Go with CoolerMaster Devastator Combo)

I am Planning to Keep my Current LGA1155 socket MB.......But is it worth to Buy a AM3+ MB?

Later if I move on to 1080p will it be able to handle it.......
EDIT-I am willing to spend 500$(26000INR) For CPU,GPU,PSU.................

Solution
1. Getting an i5 at the cost of a weaker gpu for gaming will make you sacrifice gaming performance now. Frankly 750ti is more than enough to handle 768p since it can handle mainstream 1080p well, but you will be more satisfied with the 960 now and later down the road.
2. The 960 trades blows with a r9 280, 280x 285 depending on the titles, so it's definitely the better gpu and usually more expensive than a r9 270x. Both msi twin frozr and asus direct-cuii are decent non-reference cooling solution, the difference between them will be minimal.
3. Which specific model of psu from cooler master and corsair are we comparing?
4.Headset- Get the Kingston HyperX cloud pro instead, it will be a lot better than razer kraken and steelseries...
With your rig you can easily play at 1080p at medium or high settings easily. And you can definitely play 768p at high or even ultra settings!

Now as for the upgrades
GTX 960 is better than R9 270x but if you are low on money you can buy the r9 270x because it is a great contender and won't affect your experience greatly. And the 270x has the best price to performance ratio.

For the keyboard combo I like the Devastator more and it comes from a trusted manufacturer

5. Don't know much about mouse.
6. Stay on lga 1155. No amount of oc can get any cpu on am3+ to match an i5 on lga 1155 in gaming.
