Is this build good for gaming? and will it be able to run GTA IV on max settings smoothly with ENB or Icenhancer on 60 FPS?

If you wanna go all the way you will probably want a gtx 780 ti but I take it that yot've already taken that into consideration. You may also want to take a look at the 290x depending on you needs.
