You could max out all the games you listed with ease man.....like your graphic card...
That build my friend is gonna faceroll any game you throw at it right now. As far as the open box goes if you are a little hesitant on it let me know if you want to go a little lower in price for something a bit similar to it.

that is not a question.proper question is "my budght is ....$ & i want/not monitor,key & mouse & will overclock or not".
unless no answer from anyone.

Awesome! execpt for the mobo...though you wud nt need it but still if u ever think to buy NVIDIA GPU then u cant SLI with that one...Yet awesome build...And the games will be running real smooth.. You shud consider to buy a cooler if u overclock..

Hi, thanks! Yes, the budget's a bit tight for me now since I am still studying and have to pay for half the cost 😀 are there recommendations you can make?

I was considering a GTX 770 but there are mixed reviews on whether r9 280x or GTX 770 performs better..especially since people have been telling me 280x was designed with Battlefield in mind. Although I did save a lot more with the 280x! 😛 I am a student after all

You could max out all the games you listed with ease man.....like your graphic card crushes those games
Very good build though

Thanks so much! 😀 looks like those late nights spent on researching didn't go to waste!

Sorry, I am new to the forum...don't really understand what you mean?? :??:

Here you go: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130933&cm_re=gtx_760-_-14-130-933-_-Product
That card will perform the same as the r9 280x(the 280X is a bit better but you shouldnt really notice a big difference) plus you get Watchdogs for free which is an added bonus. All in all the amount of money you save for performance is really good.

Thanks for the recommendations! :)

Not only that but you PC could run any game at ultra settings for example battlefield 4,tomb raider, max payne 3 and other awesome games

You can't compare a 280x to a GTX 760...

The 280 is comparable, but the 280x is the AMD equivalent of a GTX 770, and the performance increase is significant.

He should still be able to run almost any game he throws at it at high settings. It also depends on whether or not he cares about framerates above 60. The 760 can easily handle any game out right now, but in terms of how much money is spending I believe its overall better to get the 760 while retaining similar performance. I agree however that yes my comparison was a little bad and that the 280X is better but I still dont think that for the price its worth it(especially since its an open box).

Good points, but that open box price was a rip off. Posting my recommendations in a moment.

A good gaming build on a budget.

The parts which aren't listed in this build are the ones you should keep from your original build.

Hello novicebuilder96, what would your maximum budget for the gaming PC be? Would you also need a monitor, mouse, keyboard or other peripherals included in the build? If so then...

I put all the parts that you've shown in pcpartpicker.com wich will automatically lower all the prices including the parts that RazerZ changed to.

Have a look: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/dzCCFT

Remember there is still a lot you could change, If your budget is a bigger than expected than you could opt for a R9 290 which is 350$ or if the budget is smaller than expected then you could bum down the motherboard or go for a 1TB HDD.

The WD Caviar Black HDD which you showed in the link is a bit overkill at that budget it wouldn't be wise to spend that much for a little bit more performance.

Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately pcpartpicker doesn't ship internationally (or my country)! Wish i could use it since it's really the lowest cost!

thanks for the suggestion! yep that's what I plan to do when I have the money (to upgrade my graphics) 😀 could you explain why you went with 8 GB of ram instead of 16 GB? or was it just a matter of cost?

I like this build 😀 but once again, could you advice why you went with an 8GB instead of 16GB ram? really confused about this :??:
