Is this build good for gaming??

i am getting a intel g2020 or intel g3220 or intel g3258 (which to get) now i have amd phenom 555 3.2 ghz
Ati hd 6670 1 gb gddr5 or ati hd 6770 1gb gddr5
4 gb ddr3 ram corsair vengeance
asus-h61m-c mobo or gigabyte-ga-h81m-s1 mobo or gigabyte-ga-h61m-s1(dont know about mobo's but you can tell me which will be campitable with the above build)
psu Antec VP450P I 450 Watts PSU
case-Antec ASK-4000B-U3 Mid Tower Cabinet(can you tell me a good case campitable with the mobo's)
its fairly a budget build i will play assassin's creed 2-4,batman arkham games,gta 4 and mafia 2 at 1360x768 resolution at 30 fps if possible i want to keep it in budget.please help me.

Well you won't be able to play AAA titled games, its best for you to wait and collect money then buy a beast, or something better

I am not a graphic whore i think that this rig can run the games at mid settings 25-30 fps if not black flag i just want to play games even if low settings i need you to help me get the right part out of those i listed

See, the gaming industry is just unpredictable, nowadays latest AAA titles have minimum requirements of that of an i5,
For now, you seem to be intrested in just playing the above mentioned games, but for how long?
A game will be released, the day you will buy your PC and you will be suddenly intrested in it.but sadly, you wont be able to run it cause of low specs.
I will recommend you to save money patiently untill you may buy yourself a pretty decent one which will be much reliable for future games.

so i just can go the entry level route and enjoy gaming rather than wasting money on high end parts.but please help me choose the right cpu and gpu and motherboard which will give me better fps out of those i listed in my first post.

You will easily get 30 fps in med-high settings!
I have a question by the way!
Games like GTA 5, Battlelfield Hardline, Assassins creed "Next Gen" games are out now!
For now you have your heart stuck at Mafia 2, bat man, Ac 2!
In the near future, say next year when you will get bored again and want to play new games.
What will you do?
Spend Rs35000 ?
I am warning you, you wont remain satisfied even on lowest of settings in the game for much long

i have not played that many of games as i can tell you i have yet to buy skyrim,any fallout game,call of duty black ops and newer,Battlefield bad company 1 and 2,saints row the third and iv and many more good games out there look i will never buy games you listed because i am not fan of them i will buy them after the six seven months of their release.so i can just sit back and play assassin's creed black flag at mid settings 30 fps
