Hi everyone, this is gonna be my first build its a gaming pc cost me about $700 here in my country w/o display and peripherals, I'm a gamer but not the hardcore type since I don't care much about graphics as long as its decent and playable, I also don't play fps games much since I feel dizzy and end up having a bad stomach. These are the games I'm planning to play mainly: NBA and WWE 2k16, PES 2016, NFS Rivals, GTA V, Dota 2, Witcher 3, Mortal Kombat X, Batman A.K.,Project Cars, Sleeping Dogs and Hitman Absolution plus future games.

Specs:
Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Intel Core i5-6500 3.20-3.60GHz Skylake
MSI B150M Bazooka
Zotac GTX 960 2GB 128Bit DDR5
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB Dual DDR4 2400
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Aerocool GT Black Gaming Case
Aerocool Strike-X 500w PSU 80Plus Bronze
Asus 24X DVDwriter SATA DRW-24B5ST
BenQ GL2460 24″ Led Monitor
Logitech MK330 Wireless Keyboard + Mouse
Edifier M1360 2.1 Multimedia Speaker

Also I wanna know if this build will handle future games on medium to high settings. Thankyou!

Get a GTX 970 and a SeaSonic S12ii or M12ii PSU and you are good to go.

Gtx 970 is twice the price of 960 here so I'm not even considering that.

I tried looking at the psu tier list, most of them are unavailable here and some brands doesn't have 500-650w only 750w and above which are overkill and cost too much like seasonic. These are the available ones please help me choose.

Xigmatek X-Calibre XCP-A500 500Watts 80Plus Power Supply
Corsair VS550 Power Supply
Thermaltake TR2 500W Power Supply
Hec Cougar RS 550W 80Plus Certified
Huntkey Green Star GS 550 550W Power Supply

Which PSU is gonna be ok?

If any Tier 1 or Tier 2 based PSU available in your area then get that, otherwise Thermaltake TR2 500W [that you mention]
