I was wondering if my new upcoming build is good enough for running any aaa titles at max settings 60+ and if it was good enough to stream/reocord and get 60+ plus. Aswell as video editing and redering.

CPU - i7 6700k
Cooler - Cryorig h5 ultimate
Mobo - Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 5 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Ram - Corsair vengance lpx 16gb 2x 8gb DDR4 3200 memory
SSD - Samsung 850 evo series 250gb solid state drive
HDD - 2tb segate barracuda 7200 internal hard drive
GPU- Gibabyte g1 gaming 1060
Case - S340 black+red
PSU - EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Solution

Great build , but change the PSU to a GS or G2 , quality is superior.
That build is wildly unbalanced! :p
Even if you're editing/rendering, going with a non-k i7, a cheap air cooler and a better value motherboard would allow you to get a 1070 and a better PSU.
Also some poor component selections in there.
What is your budget and what is your intended use?
Just gaming?

Im going to be doing heavy gaming and some video editing and rendering also streaming/recording. My budget is 1200 and im trying to figure how my component choice is poor i've done research and i dont know how its unbalanced. But im always ok with criticism.

i had to edit this i chose the wrong mobo http://pcpartpicker.com/list/mDsd9W

Here you go.
The RM series is a poor quality PSU with cheap CapXon capacitors and a bad design.
Get a 2TB Seagate Barracuda, as you'll need the storage for video and games.
When getting 1TB HDDs, stay with the Caviar Blue or Barracuda 1TB, as they will offer more or less the same performance as a WD Black at a lower price. Only get a WD black if the storage needed is 3TB+ imo.

The H5 Ultimate is a little overkill, but perfectly fine if you want cooler temps.
Again, get a 2TB HDD instead of a 1TB WD Black, WD Blacks aren't really worth considering unless you either have the cash to blow on a 2TB HDD, or need more storage.
For 1TB just go with a caviar blue from WD, although I suspect you'll need 2TB for video etc.
The motherboard is a bit pricy...
I thought your budget was $1200?
You can make some improvements including a G2 power supply at a $1300 price range.
Get this in that case.
The EVGA 1070 is on sale on Newegg in the black accent edition, and will perform better than the G1 in terms of acoustics and slightly better in cooling.
