1. I dont like your choice of a MOBO. I would spend a little more and something like this:

Once you are paying $200 or so for a 3470, you might as well pay 10% more for a 3570K which, when overclocked is about 35% stronger.

If you are paying $200 for a cpu for gaming, are you going to budget $400 for an appropriate graphics card like a GTX670 or 7950?

I doubt that a 500w peak psu would be of sufficient quality or power.
What brand/model is the psu> Coolermaster is generally poor.

I would not buy just 4gb today, and certainly not a single stick which will operate only in single channel mode.

WD blue is not as fast as the black. Regardless, with this budget, you should use a SSD for the os and a few games.
