is this build good to run gta 5, far cry 4 and future games

hey guys can i run gta 5,far cry 4 and future games with thsi build. i would also like to be able to upgrade some of the components in this build in the future. (sorry for bad English)

here is my build:

cpu- Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
motherboard- MSI Z77A-GD55 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
ram- Kingston Fury Black Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
storage1- Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
storage2- Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
GPU- GALAX GeForce GTX 970 4GB EX OC Black Edition Video Card
case- Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
psu- Antec TruePower Classic 550W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply
dvd - Lite-On iHAS124-14 DVD/CD Writer

im not including monitors,os,keyboard,mouse etc.

my budget is 3000 nz dollars. if you think i can save money or there is a better option on any of the components i chose plz tell me thanks.

you got everything you need in your build for all the games mentioned above

if you want to go on SLI setup...you will need a new psu 750W and up

That build run those games on ultra or max. Change the SSD to a Samsung 850 EVO with 120gb or 250Gb instead

It will certainly run your games, but why are you going with an outdated processor/motherboard?

If possible, buy an Intel Core i5-4690K and a Z97 board which supports LGA1150 socket number because it looks like you are overclocking
