Right now I'm building a PC for my cousin, this is my first time. If something could be improved please tell me. I also need to know what graphics card would fit that is 4gb and about $200.
pcpartpicker link I am not going above about $650-700.
Thanks

Where are you buying from....
It's silly to say here's my budget in USD, but I live in another country and need it shipped anyway.
Give us local retailers and I'll put together a list.

Thanks, do you think this build is fine?

As MrN1ce9uy said, the RX 470 would be a good option, but you may even be able to get an RX 480 if you stretch your budget.

You could save some money and not get the hyper 212. If you're not doing any overclocking, which you won't be with that CPU and mobo, the stock cooler is usually enough.

That PSU you've selected isn't all that great. It'd be worth the investment to get a higher quality PSU.

There are some very poor component choices in there, and a cooler is not necessary with an i3.
Here is an updated build with an i5, a better PSU, 16GB of RAM and a GTX 1060.
Note that the 3GB GTX 1060 actually performs better than a 4GB RX 480, and it costs the same.

Good, but there are also tax fees which would probably add up to $800 :/

While I agree about the GTX 1060, I would never get one above $199.99. After that you might as well spend a bit more and get a 6 GB model.

Jeff, there ARE no 1060s below $199, I believe the EVGA ITX 3GB is just above $200, but it simply isn't worth it, an RX 480 would do better in that range.

my area code is 98003, btw that best answer was on accident 😛

Newegg has three single fan 3GBs for $199.99. At $229.99 a wiser choice would be to add another $20 and get this 6GB for $249.99. I don't see how anyone could argue with that.

Same goes for the RX 470. Above $200 you might was well spend a little more and get an RX 480 with its 15 to 20 percent greater performance.

Final build.
