Why are you spending so much on those premium case fans and compound? The H440 has good stock case fans, and the CPU cooler should come with thermal paste.

Here's my recommendation, putting the extra money into some higher quality parts:

The Anniversary boards are low quality, you won't be getting a good overclock out of them, no matter the cooler. I also picked a more colour coordinated CPU cooler, which is very effective.
