Is this build good?

G'day ladies and gents,

I'm going to sell my current PC to a friend for around 800$ and afterwards I'm going to save up a bit more extra (I already have around $500 to spend on my PC)

I just wanted to know if these components are good enough to run pretty much all games at 60fps+ 1080p (Maybe even 1440p) and if there is any bottle necking issues / hardware incompatibilities.

I'm trying to keep my budget below $1600 Aussie dollars but not afraid to go a little over, so any suggestions are open.

Also the games I will be playing are PUBG, Black Desert Online, Rainbow Six Siege, CS:GO Fortnite, Escape from Tarkov and so on! I want to play these games at highest settings :)

Thanks,
Your mate Brock.

EDIT: I'd also like to start streaming these games aswell to my twitch, I already have decent internet (considering I'm aussie) should this be fine to do so?

This is much better for streaming with the Ryzen + 16GB RAM. As for GPU, 1070 Ti is very close to a 1080 and you can overclock them to 1080 performance fairly easily if you feel the need. But with that said...
If "MY BUILD" is the PC you are wanting to build then no way man. Forget about 7th-gen Intel and go with 8th-gen instead. But since you want to start streaming I'd suggest Ryzen such as the 2600X. And don't get 1 stick of RAM, get 2 in a kit so you can run dual-channel RAM. And get a good quality power supply.

Something like this, though I went with 16GB RAM since you want to stream and it bumped up the cost, so I went with the 1070 Ti unless you want to pay the extra for the 1080.

But with that said, i'd go down to the Ryzen 5 2600 personally, the X model doesn't offer much for the price jump and this allows you to go back to a GTX 1080.

Thanks a lot guys, both of you helped and I really appreciate it :)
I'll probably wait for the drop of the 2080 and see if prices decrease!
