So basically my budget got upped and this is the build I've come up with.
It will be running two monitors and will mainly be used for Gaming, AutoCAD, Content creation, in that order.

Q1. Should I replace the GTX 780ti with a R9 290X?
Q2. I will upgrade it to a Intel Core i7 later down the road, till then will this processor suffice?
Q3. I may also stream to twitch.tv(if Google doesn't decimate it that is). what type of performance hit should I expect?
Q3. is there anything else you guys recommend I change/add to this build?

Q1. Should I replace the GTX 780ti with a R9 290X? pick one you can afford
Q2. I will upgrade it to a Intel Core i7 later down the road, till then will this processor suffice? i believe i7 + gtx 780 non TI will suit your need. balanced between work and gaming

PSU, Rm version isnt good enough. it is tier 3 PSU

SSd should be 240GB to store your programs + gaming. thus they will load faster
60 GB is barely enough to hold the OS itself

As of now im looking for the best performing graphic card and frankly almost all benchmarks i've seen tell a different story

I will replace the PSU with a Corsair TX850w, that is tier 2 so it's good right?
on the SSD: for now the dealer i'm buying from doesn't have 240 or 128 gb ssd's available, so for now i'm thinking of using the 60gb as a boot and upgrading it to 240gb when it's available, and when I can afford it :)

as for the MOBO, its not available here yet 🙁

Cant find XFX, or seasonic for that matter and I dont want to ship it from abroad because, well the CUSTOMS here will hold it for 3 months for no reason

the TX850 im lokking at doesn't have V2 in its Nomenclature

This is The PSU: Corsair TX850W 80+

is this it?
